Position: CNC Milling Machine Operator / CNC Lathe Operator

We are expanding our team and are looking for a suitable candidate to join our workforce in the position of a conventional milling machine operator/lathe operator on CNC machines. Knowledge of the German language is a requirement if there are multiple candidates.

As a company, we have various projects in different locations, mainly in Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Italy. Most of our job offers are for self-employed individuals, but we also have opportunities for permanent employment.

Number of working hours: Individual, typically working 10 hours a day with the option to work on Saturdays for 6-10 hours. It is possible to work up to 60 hours per week.

Job Description:

A CNC Milling Machine Operator / CNC Lathe Operator is a specialist who operates automated milling or lathe machines, allowing for precise material machining according to specific programs. The responsibilities of a CNC Milling Machine Operator / CNC Lathe Operator include operating and programming CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling/lathe machines. CNC milling/lathing is a crucial process in industrial production, enabling the production of complex and precise components in various industries. The expertise of a CNC Milling Machine Operator / CNC Lathe Operator lies in technical skills, CNC machine programming, understanding materials, and knowledge of tool trajectories.

Job Responsibilities:

Setting up and programming the machine based on engineering documentation

Operating CNC milling/lathe machines, measuring and inspecting finished products

Maintenance and regular operational servicing of CNC machines

Adherence to workplace safety and specific work regulations

Personal Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a milling machine operator/lathe operator

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

Time flexibility and willingness to travel (shift work)

Manual dexterity, independence, and precision in work

Knowledge of the German language is a requirement for at least one candidate in the team (minimum working proficiency, at least B1 level).
