As a company, we have various projects in different locations and companies, mainly in Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Italy. Most of the job offers are intended for self-employed individuals, but we also have opportunities for permanent employment.
Number of working hours: Individual, typically working 10 hours a day, with the possibility of working on Saturdays for 6-10 hours. It is possible to work up to 60 hours per week.

A Machine Setter plays a crucial role in industrial sectors by ensuring that machines and equipment are correctly set up for efficient and trouble-free production. The role of a Machine Setter focuses on preparing machines, equipment, and production lines for manufacturing. Their task is to ensure that machines are quickly and accurately set up, which is essential for achieving optimal results and increasing productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of machines and adjustment of parameters for proper production based on technical or engineering documentation.
Verification of the correctness of settings and possible optimization of settings.
Diagnosing and solving problems, checking the efficiency of machine and equipment settings.
Compliance with safety and health regulations at work and adherence to work instructions.
Personal Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Machine Setter.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
Flexibility in terms of availability and willingness to travel (working in various shifts).
Manual dexterity, ability to work independently and accurately.
Knowledge of the German language is an advantage; at least one team member should have a minimum B1 level of proficiency.
