Position: Locksmith

We are expanding our team and looking for a suitable candidate to join our workforce in the position of locksmith. Multiple candidates can apply, but in that case, knowledge of the German language is a requirement.

 

As a company, we have various projects in different locations and different companies, primarily in Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Italy. Most job offers are intended for self-employed individuals, but we also have offers for permanent employment.

Number of working hours: Individual, typically 10 hours a day, with the possibility of working on Saturdays for 6-10 hours. Weekly, you can work up to 60 hours.

 

Job Description:

A locksmith is a specialist who possesses skills and experience in multiple areas and techniques, working with various types of tools, machinery, and equipment. The locksmith’s tasks involve minor modifications, primarily of metal materials. The locksmith must have specialized knowledge, experience, and attention to detail to ensure the quality of the prepared products. The locksmith’s work is crucial for other positions in various industrial sectors, as it lightens the workload of other professionals (e.g., welders, turners, millers, benders, etc.). Their expertise and skills ensure the smoothness, safety, and reliability of the final products and a more efficient production process.

 

Job Duties:

  • Assembly, adjustment, and commissioning of engineering and technological equipment and their parts
  • Dismantling and decommissioning of engineering and technological equipment and their parts
  • Common minor processing of components (turning, milling, grinding, drilling, sawing, bending, polishing, etc.)
  • Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and specific work instructions

 

Personal Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a locksmith
  • Reading and understanding technical drawings and plans
  • Time flexibility and willingness to travel (work in shifts)
  • Manual dexterity, independence, and precision in work
  • Knowledge of the German language is a requirement for at least one team member (at least work-related German language skills), and B1 level proficiency is required for at least one team member.
